Employee Training is an educational process which aims to improve employees’ skills, attitudes, knowledge and awareness on recent policies and business situation. Employee Trainings are called to increase efficiency and effectiveness of employees who are supposed to create more of real worth for the company which pays for the training programs and seeks adequate return on investments.
Employee trainings are regulated by a duration of the course (number of lectures to be given within certain course), topic of the course, and objectives to be attained with the course. At the end of the course it can be necessary for employees to approve the knowledge and skills they obtained on the trainings by informal examination (no documents will be handed out) or formal certification (people who have successfully passed the examination will get a certificate). A big part of business trainings are ordered from external independent coaches and consulting companies. Trainings are used to:
