Task Assignment Approach is a specific term used in programming and other related disciplines to describe logics of IT systems (computing systems), and rarely in HR management: it means an algorithm according to which tasks will be assigned to a component of a computing system or to a working unit of manpower or machinery. It is necessary to ensure smart, reasonable task assignment preventing overload of working units, delay or fails in work accomplishment, or other issues. The purpose of a task assignment approach is to determine and make the optimal task assignment in a system or a workgroup, so effectiveness and efficiency can be secured.
A task assignment approach implies a set of regulations and logical algorithms that, when utilized, make an assignment of work to performers motivated by and connected to inputs obtained from the recently scanned changeable environment and dynamically derived execution constraints dictated by many factors. In other words the environment, current situation and capabilities of units place a complex limitation on possibility of governing elements (for example business managers when used in a case of HR management) to assign tasks to performers, but they need using certain approach to define how to make these assignments really economical and workable.
