Good motivation is the reason why some employees work hard at their tasks. Such employees are able to accomplish their monthly plans while others just stuck and cannot do a thing. Motivation stimulates a person to do tasks and gives him energy to achieve assigned goals. An experienced team leader knows that properly defined goals and good motivation is the recipe of success. Good motivation means a guarantee of high salary, additional bonuses, good public recognition, promotion, etc. An employee should be sure that his work will be highly appreciated and awarded if he completes it properly and timely.
The way to control task performance of your employees is to use VIP Task Manager. This software enables you to monitor tasks and track performance by KPIs. Once you have defined motivation and goals for the employees, you can use VIP Task Manager to find out current progress of these goals, track procrastinations, and delegate tasks. You can monitor a task list of each employee, change task priorities and leave comments about his further actions. - Go to Custom field tool and create some new task columns that describe motivation for your employees. For example, it could be the column "Bonus" or "Fine"

- To be assigned supervisor, select a task or task group, right-click on it, select Watch List tab and check your resources, this will allow you to watch employee's tasks and receive notifications
