Outlook Project Management: its problems and alternatives

MS Outlook project management is an area where a plenty of independent software companies earn their “bread”, because the standard set of instruments for project management in Outlook is quite insufficient, so these external developers design and supply different programs-additions (plugins and add-ons) to extend the initial project management office functionality with some out-of-the-box tools, such as feature of assigning responsibility & ownership on different project components, budget management and building project progress reports.
