Project Management Agenda: how to plan?


The process of the project management requires a big number of meetings, regular procedures and operations making sure that the progress over the undertaken work goes well.

Project management agenda: Meetings – it is necessary for the project manager to maintain close communications with the key project stakeholders, and the key project performers. This function is usually performed via regular face-to-face meetings where they have possibilities to consider some important questions. It is necessary to create a clear schedule of meetings with different persons throughout the project’s timeline and announce these plans to attendants, so they can get properly prepared;
