Remember that all schedules should be built with the understanding that they can be revised. Proper schedule is a plan of how you are going to use your time and if schedule does not work it should be amended. However this doesn't mean that your schedule should be revised all the time. The purpose of the scheduling is to keep you on the right course and to allow you to review not only tasks you have, but also your spare time. If you have made proper schedule for the next week and you are really sure that you can follow it - do not tighten your schedule by adding more and more new tasks when you don't really know how you'll find the time to do them. Decide which of these tasks are really essential. It is better to concentrate on fulfillment of your current plan, because one incorrectly added new task can derange the whole schedule. If suddenly you realize that you forgot to include some of your activities into the schedule - be patient and do not hasten to insert it. Think twice and decide if this activity is really important for you.
