Time management activity


Time management activity is a skillful action that is performed to intensify and direct your working efforts in order of increasing your productivity and efficiency. It includes the following examples: Time Estimating, Planning, Prioritizing, Delegating, Scheduling and Controlling. Every time management activity can be projected and used in terms of individuals and workgroups, so that they can invent something that works specifically for their purposes. For example, time management activities for employees refer to planning and scheduling their own working tasks and appointments, while activities for groups (project teams, departments, etc) are about relationships between superiors (those who macro-manage, plan and assign workloads reasoning from the company’s business necessity) and subordinates (those who are assigned to working tasks and can sub-manage them according to their personal schedules). The corporate culture and smart approach to this practice should be continually developed and improved in all companies as a direct way to increase employee’s outcome.
