Diversified growth strategies are used if the organization can not develop further within the current market with current product, within the scopes of certain branch.

Concentric diversification strategy is based on research and use of new opportunities which current business can provide for manufacturing of new products. The existing production remains in the center of the business. Diversified growth strategies

Horizontal diversification strategy means research of new opportunities of growth within familiar market, but owing to new product which requires new technologies that differ from already mastered. Conglomerate diversification strategy means that enterprise develops owing to production of new product technologically non-connected with already being manufactured product and sells it at new markets.
