In VIP Task Manager it is easy to add new documentto database - you can do this by simple 'drag-and-drop' of document icon from your desktop to Attachments panel of related task. Then you can input into Name field of this task the document header, so this task will represent new document entry.

In such a way you will get new document entry (task) named as document header, so it can be organized, categorized and prioritized in relevance to document properties. For example you can search your file by keywords from document header. As soon as you find your document in database of document program, you can easily open document by one click on automatically created hyperlink from the task. In VIP Task Manager new document can be added in two different ways: as a link to file placed in a shared folder in your LAN or attached to your database as a file copy. In both cases new document can be added by dropping document icon on Attachments panel and can be opened by a single click.
