In the world of perfect things it would be great if both the employer and his employee were satisfied with the employment starting from signing agreement and finishing with dismissal. Position of a n organization on the market is based on the right personnel search and HR policy. If the program is to be successful, the new employee characteristics should be clearly stated in the job specification. Since job performance is usually a combination of many factors (quality of work, quantity of work, etc.), these categories can be used for the real measure of job success or performance of the new worker .

Today's organizations provide some kind of introductory training for their new employees . These functions may be assigned to the HR department or to an older employee to show the new employee corporate rules, standards and instructions. Many organizations create new training and development programs that are designed to provide safely and quick familiarization.

Selection of employee of the month

motivation is an important part of HR management within an organization. The manager should have methods to be able to stimulate employees and enhance employee motivation . Among many sorts of employee motivation , probably, one of the most effective methods is the selection of employee of the month . In accordance with the employees' task performance, senior administrative staff can select the best employee of the month and set rewards. The selection of the employee of the month can be based on the following criteria:

  • Professionalism and excellence in the performance of his/her tasks and duties;
  • No task procrastinations and delays;
  • No outstanding tasks and duties;
  • Overall individual plan fulfillment.

Once worker of the month has been recognized, the company management can present a gift (bonus, extra pay, vacation, promotion, etc.) to the employee. This will strengthen corporate culture, improver motivation and stimulate other employees to work better and be loyal.
