Project work package and project worksheet

Project work package is a combination of sub-projects that are represented by project worksheets and work action templates to create a specific result. In terms of project management, project work package is also the lowest level of work breakdown structure. Project work packages are assigned to project work groups. Members of project work groups are responsible for estimating costs and durations of projects. By using project work packages, you can take your time to organize projects in the best way.
