Assessment of work is the largest component of company's work management. Work assessments include a wide range of activities for the management of tasks, jobs and activities throughout their life cycle, from planning phase to defining compensation and reward magnitudes for completed work. An effective assessment of work reduces cost and provides improved performance. Work management offers work assessment tools which stand for a set of indicators, measures, standards and norms applied to common work and individual jobs with purpose to assess work and measure employee performance.
