Problem 1 - Moral spirit: If moral spirit of project team is weak, it is reasonable to strengthen it in bottom-up way – to raise self-confidence of employees and provide them with additional support. If the moral spirit is strong, do not be sure that everything goes well — your team can simply have overstated self-appraisal.  

Problem 2 - Team staffing: The problems of project team can be caused by improperly selected staff members who do not possess all required skills and cannot fulfill their roles sufficiently.

Problem 3 – Inefficiency in management: Improperly established team organization and collaboration, poorly described roles, jobs and functions.
