Such a department can be formed in medium and large organizations with a purpose of refining and improving their current business processes, in order of continuous making organization’s activities cheaper and better. Usual activities of process improvement teams embrace accurate documenting, measuring, monitoring and analyzing the set of business processes running within the enterprise.   • Process improvement manager – this role is established to coordinate and control arrangements and policies taken in order of practical deploying enhancements invented, rationalized, and accepted for different business processes. He compiles and analyze s essential business data pieces to evaluate and conclude how effective the implemented improvements work.   • Process improvement facilitator – this role refers to process of on-the-job evangelizing of the new standards and methods applied. He provides practical assistance and consulting to process’s immediate participants on mastering new methods and attitudes, so that they can be seamlessly adapted and used in practice without long and difficult period of acquisition.
