Procrastination may become a system

Let's imagine that you need to back up the information on your computer each week. If you forget to do it once, it doesn't matter. But when some virus attacks your PC and backup copy wasn't created for a long time, the losses can be great. If you regularly tracked your To Do List, you'd discover that this task was ignored for a long time. Overview of your regular tasks and their statuses will give you a warning that some of them are put off too often.

"Tracking regular tasks" To Do List

  • Create a schedule of your regular tasks for a certain time period, for example for a week
  • Mark completed tasks in order that you will be able to define whether it's accomplished at the end of the week
  • Use software to track regular tasks and discover procrastinations

Action plan

  1. Start your Task Management software
  2. Set filter to display uncompleted tasks
  3. Track regular tasks by their Date Created field
  4. If some task isn't accomplished for a long time, take appropriate measures
