How to make your team tasks progress measurable


Measurability of the progress within the project is one of the keystones of project management. This is greatly important because clearness and transparency of the project advance control is vital factor for project goals achievement. Team manager should be able to control the task performance within the project at any time and to know what progress the team has. It is necessary to create criteria for assessment of the progress.
