Having multiple projects to manage and dozens of tasks to do may cause inefficiency in your project management. While you can read many articles about feasibility of running several projects at once, you see that it's really hard to cope with many simultaneous projects, schedules, and tasks. Without project sorting software, you will probably fail and your projects will be inefficient. So the main rule for running several projects at a time is to apply project sorting software. Such software is designed to help sort projects, align tasks with schedules and keep you (and other project participants) informed of any updates and changes in projects.

VIP Task Manager is a perfect task/project management program that has built-in tools to sort projects, tasks and schedules. Task List tab of the program displays sorted projects and organizes tasks by status, priority, due date, assignment, etc. You can use Scheduler tab of VIP Task Manager to plan tasks, design calendars and share event lists. Filter Bar of VIP Task Manager is a good PM workforce tool to make your tasks and projects organized as you need.

Action list:

  1. Run VIP Task Manager Pro.
  2. Go to Task List tab to review tasks. You can sort tasks by columns.
  3. Go to Task Tree tab to create multiple projects. You can use Filter Bar to sort projects and organize tasks.
  4. Go to Scheduler to plan tasks and create event lists
