How to get printable list of all human resources involved in project


When a project is being initiated, it is very important to bring all employees in the common detailed list of human resources involved the project. The list should have employee details like name, contact information (email, address, phone number), and participation in the project (job title, project role, administrator rights, permissions). Such a list can be printed out and the hard copy can be taken to project meetings on which managers define roles and responsibilities for each resource in the list.

Being a project manager, you can use VIP Task Manager software to create printable resource list. In Resource List view of the application there are listed all resources involved in project. You can print out this resource list by simply right-clicking on it and choosing one of available option for printing. For example, you can export the resource list view to MS Excel and edit it (change color, font size, etc.) before the print.

Action plan:

  • Start VIP Task Manager software
  • Go to Resource List view
  • Group resource by department or job title for convenient view
  • Right-click on resources and choose one of available options to print out resource list: Print, Print Preview, Export view to Excel, or Export view to HTML
  • Print out resource list according to the chosen option
