Easily organize office entertainment and corporate holidays by using entertainment organizer

  1. Launch VIP Task Manager Professional
  2. In Task Tree View you can create a tree-like structure for workforce events. For example, in task group 'Birthdays' you can input tasks associated with the birthdays of the office employees. In task group 'Corporate' you can add tasks related to the corporate events.
  3. Use Due date and Priority to plan entertainment
  4. Always set pop-up/e-mail reminders to avoid missed events
  5. Use Custom Fields function to create event budget
