BPM Software: Accommodating changes

Only a few people working together can collaborate effectively. The majority needs a business process automation system which makes sure the necessary information is delivered to the right people at the proper time and leads to the required result. 1. Select Task Tree tab
2. Create task group "Business Process Templates"
3. Create task subgroup "Business Process Template "1"
4. Create tasks in "Business Process Template "1"
5. Assign tasks to users
6. Duplicate "Business Process Template "1" with all its tasks to a folder with the current business processes.
7. All assigned users get the notifications of new tasks they should do.

When there is a need to modify a business process template, create a copy of the original template and make changes: reassign users, add new tasks, delete unnecessary tasks,
