Real estate agency is a commercial structure engaged in searching, leasing, buying and selling commercial and noncommercial real estate for the purpose of getting commission. The goal of the real estate agency is to sell or lease a property to a client.

The process of real estate sale contains well-coordinated activities of agency departments: Sales, Lease, Legal, Expert Appraisal, Marketing&Advertising. Each of the departments has its tasks and obligations. The main sales forces of real estate agency are brokers (agents) that set the aim to find client, match a property for him and sell it.

The search and sales process passes through all the departments of the agency and requires their efficient cooperation. That process may include the following stages:

  • search for potential clients and building a client database
  • matching property for individual clients satisfaction
  • forehanded paper work making
  • expert appraisal of property
