Usually employees of the travel agency require some documentation to be added to their tasks with purpose to explain, specify and describe the tasks in more details. Task documentation can be done in form of notes. For example, if the travel agency receives an email request or order from a customer, the responsible travel agent can create a new task on this request and paste the text of customer's email letter into the notes tab of the task. The task can be also specified with additional information such as the customer's phone, email address, order details, etc. The task tab "Note" in VIP Task Manager allows to enter text information to the task and format the text editing size, color, and style. The travel agent can format the text in the tab "Note" and then display his tasks with note in the task list view.

When an employee of the travel agency needs to document his tasks with some files and links, he can use task tab "Attachment" in VIP Task Manager. The documents which include tables, diagrams, images, photos as well as any other documents to be enclosed as original files, can be attached to the tasks as links and stored as files in VIP Task Manager database. For example, the guide of the travel agency plans the next excursion and needs to create the route of it. He can create a new task "Excursion - route and sights", attach to this task as files the map of the route with all stops and pictures of sights such as monuments, theaters, parks, etc. If the picture size is too large or the photos are located in Internet, the guide can enclose them as links to the web resources. He can also attach links to the Google Map resources.

VIP Task Manager allows to document tasks with the functionality of exporting a task list to Microsoft Excel sheets. The travel agent can create printable task list in Excel and get this documents with him in order to be always aware of the current tasks. This is also the way how the guide can print out his task list with details actions and listed names of sights to be visited.
