Customizing advertising agency tasks

Advertising agency as any other company which belongs to a specific industry may need some specific attributes for its tasks. For example, you may want to specify the way you get the orders from your clients. VIP Task Manager lets you create a custom field of "list" type and enter the possible options like "Phone Call", "Email", etc., so that the manager who adds an advertising request to the system could choose it.

If your company specializes in a particular services, let's say, outdoor advertising and there is a set number of products you provide: billboards, posters, etc. you can make a corresponding "list" field as well. Additionally you can create a field "Quantity" of "integer" type, so manager could enter there the requested quantity of required product.

Having the field "Quantity" the program can automatically calculate the price of the product if you create the appropriate custom field. Special formula will multiply the fixed cost by the quantity and the corresponding value will be automatically entered as soon as field "Quantity" is entered.
