Usually an advertising agency hires the following specialists: Account Executive, Creative Director, Copywriter, Graphic Designer, Production Manager, etc. CentriQS has a special Users and Groups view where the advertising agency staff can be listed. The employee profile may include Name, Code, Folder, etc. Also the profile allows to set some preferences and permissions for every employee.

Advertising agencies with more than 20 employees may have departments which group professionals according to their duties and responsibilities. For example, copywriter and creative director may belong to Creative Department, while graphic designer and production manager may work at Graphics Division.

CentriQS allows to use Folders to assign an employee to a department and to group the staff list by departments. The employee profiles in the Users and Groups view can be grouped by the Folder column.

Each employee of advertising agency may be denied or allowed to access and change certain information in common task management system. The use of these permissions depends on the advertising agency management style. Some agencies would like to restrict one account manager to see tasks for a client which belongs to another account manager. Some agencies would like to permit graphic designers to update tasks only (forbid them to delete tasks assigned to them).

CentriQS allows to create specific user groups (roles) in the Users and Groups view and then to set permissions for the user group in the Entity Permissions view.
