Construction company employees have to execute a big number of tasks every day, all these tasks have different level of importance (some tasks suppose prompt execution and others may be postponed for a while). In order to notify employees that some tasks require more attention than others, team coordinator or department head can plan tasks priority. Construction company workflow often requires strict order of tasks that should be done before project reaches the goal. VIP Task Manager allows team coordinator or department head to place tasks according to proper order (if tasks are to be placed like steps, one-by-one, you can sort them by numbers), or to modify order manually by moving tasks up and down the list. For example each house project requires a set of certain working drawings that Design department should prepare. It may consist of various architectural, constructional, engineering drawings.

Order of these documents should be organized according to documentation standards of building industry and depends on specificity of designing procedure. Lets say working drawings include engineering solution part which may consist of certain number of documentation (regarding heating and ventilation systems, sanitation system, electrical equipment and lighting system, intrusion alarm system etc.) and it should be done in certain order, so it will be convenient for design department specialist to arrange task sequence by numbers, one-by-one.

Time is extremely important resource for construction industry and team should work as a clock mechanism (that means all tasks have to be done before the deadline) to reach the goal, that's why the most important way to plan tasks in building company is to set Start and Finish dates or Due dates (Deadlines). Manager or employee has possibility to filter their tasks by all these time attributes to know what tasks should be done tomorrow, next week, etc.
