Notifications
Team collaboration in construction company makes sure that each member of working team is timely notified about all the changes and progress within a project. For example: Engineer has to make drafts of clients house, so he should be immediately notified if he is assigned to do this task, if some new comments or instructions were added regarding this, if due date was changed, if priority of this task was increased or decreased, etc. In order to approve drafts of clients house, or to return them back for recasting, senior engineer should be immediately notified when drafts are completed by engineer and he/she is able to get familiarized with corresponding files.
Design department head and team coordinator have to be notified when drafts are approved by senior engineer and are ready to be involved into further work, and so on. For this purpose VIP Task Manager provides mechanism of notifications. System automatically generates and sends notifications to predefined team members when certain changes are applied to the task (notifications can be sent both within the VIP Task Manager and by e-mail).
Comments
	Normally during task performance a necessity of a discussion can arise (for example employee that executes a task will have need to ask his/her manager some questions regarding task, or manager will need to explain additionally some task details, etc.). In order to give employees of construction company possibility to exchange easily their views, questions, remarks, comments, etc. in real time, VIP Task Manager provides very important tool of team collaboration - Comments panel (This tool is a sort of a forum that is dedicated to each separate task)
Reminders
Often one specialist can be assigned with a great number of different tasks, so it is not surprising that sometimes he/she can forget about some tasks and procrastinate them. Employee or manager can set up reminders in a proper way to be reminded with pop-up message and volume signal at certain time and date.
