Export and Print reports

Building company top management should periodically analyze staff activity to be sure that all tasks are well executed and everything is going according to plan. There is convenient way to observe progress of work with a help of VIP Task Manager. Team coordinator, department heads, etc. a re able to make daily reports which can show tasks performance of each separate employee or department to know, for example, what quantity of planned tasks are completed within design department today, how many tasks are put on hold within legal department and what reasons caused these issues,

if job performance of each department is so efficient as it was in previous months, what percent of completion a certain stage of construction project has, how many positions of building materials are listed in folder “ Building materials acquiring ” (building estimate) and what is the price for each one, what is final price of all positions and so on. For this purpose managers can filter and group company's tasks list, task tree and calendar in a proper way to see required information and then print out such reports, besides it is possible to save reports in the format of MS Excel, so they can be easily stored on managers hard drive and printed out anytime. Another possible format is HTML, so reports can be posted on building company web site.

Visualize report
