Collaboration between employees of the software development company can be created through sending and receiving notifications on task statuses. Good team collaboration is vital for software projects as the information flow should be organized and structured to ensure the workflow is running smoothly. For example, once Copywriter has completed the “Write new version press release” task, Web Designer will be notified on this event and this will be a signal to perform the “Publish press release to the website” task.
