The working process in training agency is a complicated and complex process. It can be divided into two parts. The first one is dedicated to designing of training programmes which is managed by programme manager and is based on customer requirements. The second one is aimed to carry the designed training programme into effect in the working environment of the customer's company. By using VIP Task Manager, these two parts can be represented as two workflows with possibility to customize task statuses. Workflow Editor allows to create several workflow types that match to the needs of training agency. For example, there can be created the two consistent workflow types: 'Training Programme Development' and 'Training Programme Implementation'.

'Training Programme Development' workflow
This workflow type is aimed at designing a new programme which puts customer requirements in line with modern training techniques and methods. In the workflow of training programme development there are the programme manager and training analyst involved. The manager is a supervisor and coordinator of the development process. Based on customer requirements, this person develops a new concept of the programme and assigns tasks. Training analysts are the people who gather, analyze, process and communicate information to programme manager.  This information includes latest methods and techniques for training and couching. They also analyze customer requirements, discuss items of the programme and offer training solutions.
By using Workflow Editor of VIP Task Manager, the 'Training Programme Development' workflow can be specified with such task statuses as 'Created', 'In Progress', 'Developed', 'Verification', and 'Completed. Each of the workflow statuses describes the phase or the stage the programme passes through the developing process.

'Training Programme Implementation' workflow
This is the next workflow type aimed at implementing the training programme in the customer work environment. When the training programme is developed, it is brought to trainers and tutors so that they learn it and prepare themselves for training activity. Trainers are controlled and supervised by training manager. This person coordinates the workflow, assigns tasks to trainers and monitors performance. When trainers have learnt the new programme, the training manager develops the training schedule and plans tasks for training activity. Each of the trainers gets individual to-do lists with deadlines and priorities and begins to provide training services to customer.

By using VIP Task Manager, the 'Training Programme Implementation' workflow can be specified with the following task statuses: 'Draft', 'Created', 'In Progress', 'Cancelled', and 'Implemented'. Each task can obtain these statuses, and the training manager can track how the training programme is being implemented.
