To be consistent with the training programme and curriculum, all tasks of trainers and tutors require the establishment and maintenance of task planning process that defines the learning staff activities. The required planning includes the estimation and scheduling of the task attributes, resources and cost. This process also requires producing of to-do lists and action lists associated with the schedule, training programme and tracking mechanism. In VIP Task Manager the task planning process can be managed and maintained with efficient Calendar tool. Each task can be scheduled by due date, start date and priorities. Once a task gets start and finish dates, it is displayed on Calendar, and the training manager can print out these tasks in order to give hard copies of worksheets and to-do lists to trainers. |

Planning tasks by priority
Task 'Priority' column provides the order and execution sequence of curriculum and learning process for trainer's work efforts characterized by a specific focus and accent on each task. This prioritized tasking can include to-do lists organized into several groups with priorities. For example, the trainer manager can prioritize urgent tasks 'Prepare learning materials for leadership training' and 'Discuss the changes in the programme. These tasks are urgent so they are prioritized, and trainers will do them first of all. Task List view of VIP Task Manager makes the task planning process easer by setting task priorities and grouping to-do lists by 'Priority' column. The training manager can prioritize to-do lists by such statuses as 'Normal'. 'Urgent', 'Lower', and others. In Task List view to-do lists can be sorted by 'Priority' column what makes to-do lists easer to prioritize and to execute.
Creating training schedules
As a rule, each training programme is scheduled and has defined timeframes and deadlines. The programme manager is the person who plans the programme and schedules training events. In order to develop and plan a successful training programme, trainers should get clear understanding about the programme timeframes and training event schedule. For example, such a schedule can establish lessons timetable or a list of events trainers should take part to implement the training programme.
