In VIP Task Manager, tasks can be shared between people of the translation agency. The manager can create task groups and choose which of those groups to share. By using Permissions Panel, the manager can share access to the task and task groups with the employees so that they can review the task list.VIP Task Manager allows to make task changes in real time, get notifications, send tasks by email and leave comments.

Notifications
Each time when an employee of the translation agency creates or changes a task, VIP Task Manager automatically notifies all concerned resources by sending notifications. The software sends notifications to resources assigned to the task, supervisors and task owners. Supervisors can be assigned in the Watch List tab of the task. There are listed all available resources. For example, to control and check the work of copywriter, the proofreader can be assigned as supervisor to the task “4.Write new articles”. The proofreader will receive notifications messages by email or in Notifications Panel and know when the article is completed and it is time to check up.

Comments panel
To increase communication between the employee and management of the translation agency,VIP Task Manager allows to leave comments and get feedback by using “Comments” task attribute. Comments are the way to show the employee what should be changed in the task, or to switch the employee’s attention to more urgent tasks. Comments are the means the employee can use to express their opinion or leave feedback. For example, the proofreader can comment the article and point to what the copywriter should amend in the text.

Task emailing
InVIP Task Manager to-do lists can be shared through emailing them to the employees of the translation agency. This software feature could be helpful if, for example, the manager needs to assign the tasks to the staff located remotely from the translation agency office and get them reminded as well. It is quite useful feature, because a lot of translation agencies employ part time translators or hire translators in other countries.
