HR specialists need to create Tasks that will represent database entries (job seekers, employees) within special task group (lets name it "HR database"). It is necessary to create additional personal custom fields such as Age, Phone, Address, E-mail, Department, Education, custom fields for various professional skills and so on. Statuses of the tasks which represent employees/applicants can be changed according to HR workflow to represent the current status of employee. Task attributes customization will allow HR professionals to quickly search, group and filter registered persons by name, education, age, professional skills and so on.
