   VIP Task Manager allows HR-managers to delegate tasks to their subordinates as well as to manage their own tasks. Each task has section for notes. This section can be used for storing some important information which is related to tasks, giving additional instructions regarding task performance to subordinates and quick reporting about task performance. For example manager can delegate HR document to employee in order to process it and enter special instructions into notes section, so employee will be instantly notified about additional conditions of the work.

Team collaboration is one of the main purposes of VIP Task Manager, so it allows HR staff to share their documents (files and links). When a certain HR document should be shared and processed by several HR specialists it can be attached as a link directly to the task (in this case file should be stored somewhere within LAN in a shared folder). When file needs to be available for multiple employees in order they could look it through - HR document can be attached to task as a "File". In this case file will be attached to database and will be available for reviewing and copying (but not changing) from VIP Task Manager's server (without accessing the "real" file within shared folder).
